Steven has more than 10 years’ investment banking experience managing a range of financial transactions involving deal origination, deal structuring, deal execution and leading negotiations with transaction counterparties such as investor, legal, accounting and banking organisations throughout Europe, the US and Australasia.
In recent years, Steven’s focus has been on mid-market merger and acquisition transactions in New Zealand.Qualifications/Memberships
