Nick joined Northington Partners following five years in the UK where he focused on originating, structuring and financing mergers and acquisitions in the SME sector. He has most recently lead transactions and advisory mandates in the technology, insurance, manufacturing, FMCG and agriculture sectors including advising on mergers and acquisitions on both the buy side and sell side, providing valuation advice and raising capital.
