Northington Partners merged with Crighton Anderson Corporate Finance in April 2007. The combined firm brings together a group of investment banking professionals who share the same attitudes towards client service and which provides a mix of skills that we believe is unique in the New Zealand market. Our combined expertise and experience allows us to offer a full range of investment banking advice to private and public companies of any size.
Our business model is structured around a senior team who are not only technical experts, but who adopt a pragmatic and commercial approach to all of our mandates. We actively challenge superficial analysis and received wisdom, and maintain a consistent objective of providing clients with advice that is meaningful. While that sounds like common sense, our experience suggests that such a straight forward approach is not always adopted by all market participants.
We also pride ourselves on our client focus, with an objective of developing long-term relationships based on a full understanding of our clients' business. Our success in this area is evidenced by the level of repeat business we have from our established client base. While the relationships are based first and foremost on trust and integrity, we like to think that they are also supported by our personable approach which aims to make working together an enjoyable experience.
